When you request a poll, we may collect the name, phone number, email address and poll-request details that you choose to provide.
We use these details only to contact you about the poll or research request you submitted, clarify your requirements and arrange follow-up with the TIFAC Research team.
Contact details submitted through the poll-request form are retained for no longer than 30 days. The website automatically removes inquiry records older than 30 days.
Access to inquiry information is restricted to authorized administrators. We use secured administrator sessions, HTTPS, access controls and protected server storage. We do not intentionally publish inquiry contact details or use them for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell inquiry contact details. We do not use them for unrelated marketing or knowingly disclose them to unauthorized parties. No online service can promise absolute security, but TIFAC Research applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or misuse.
You may contact us at ask@tifacresearch.com if you want us to delete your inquiry contact details before the normal 30-day retention period ends.
The website uses a random browser token to help reduce duplicate participation in the same poll. This token is used for poll integrity and is not designed to identify you by name.
